Fully extruded in one process; Volta SuperDrive and Dual Drive stock comes in 60 metre coils and up to 1,500mm wide. This provides only 1 join in any product sold less than 60 metres long.
The advantage – less joins equals less chance of join failure over time
It is known that not every manufacturer can cater to lengths this long. Plus, this primary extruded process means that all driving teeth are formed with the belt at once, and not machined down in a secondary process.
This means the teeth are part of the belt, and have no weld points or softness created by machining that can break down under load… a HUGE advantage to the life span of the product.
