Perforations are achievable by punching a planned sequence of holes into a belt for a specific application. Quite often, these holes are used in a vacuum situation to hold the conveyed product precisely in place, but can also be used for filtration, draining or sorting applications.
BMA Belting are able to achieve any size or sequenced hole pattern with the use of a specialised CNC punching machine capable of punching a hole a second at 100% accuracy.
