BMA Belting are capable of producing and supplying non standard length timing belts for all types of industry. There are 2 options available, Factory joined or truly endless:
Factory Joined
Factory joined (welded) timing belts are an option for non-transmission systems, using our German designed vulcanizing equipment. On site joining of belts is also an option for large or tricky conveyor systems. For welded timing belts, the capable minimum length is 800mm. Overall tensile strength of the belt is also reduced by 50%, which is why they are more suited towards low torque or transportation systems.
Truly Endless
Truly endless timing belts are manufactured without a welded join, with the longitudinal steel or Kevlar tension members in one complete piece, thus providing maximum performance and power transmission.
BMA Belting are able to provide NSW Secaflex truly endless timing belts made in Germany within a small time frame. Minimum length required is 1,500mm long.
