All cleats/flights and sidewall are fitted on the SuperDrive and DualDrive range by the use of a high frequency machine. This ensures a precise, clean, strong weld. Cleats are welded footless so there are no risen points around the base of the cleat, making wash-down and sanitation easier.
BMA Belting are equipped with two of these machines located in Australia and by conducting all fabrication in-house.
To back up this quality, BMA Belting are able to re-weld cleats onsite or in-house if they experience any damage using special Volta welding rod.
